THE VALUE OF HARDWORK

When I say that so and so is a hard working person what picture comes into your mind? To me the picture that comes to mind is of someone who comes to work on time, consistently achieves their set goals or objectives, always lending a hand to other members of team because the understanding of together we are stronger.

While excellence deals with doing things right and creatively, hard word deals with putting your heart and soul into your task at hand ---giving it 100%? Without using shortcuts, slacking, or cheating! People who are committed at this level of service are always easy targets for promotion and progression in any organization. You would be surprised that research has shown that only 5% of the work force are committed to this level of productivity.
