TAKE TIME TO- to learn from you.
If you ever met someone and for some reason you immediately felt that they can’t be trusted? Police officers often claim to observe suspects and there and then "know" that they possess a weapon or illicit narcotic substances. Often it has not been possible for them to articulate why they reacted or what prompted them at the time of the event, they sometimes retrospectively can plot their actions based upon what had been clear and present danger signals. Such examples liken intuition to "gut feelings" and when viable illustrate preconscious activity. To the lay person this is what is called Intuition?
Intuition is the apparent ability to acquire knowledge without inference or the use of reason. “The word ‘intuition’ comes from the Latin word 'intueri', which is often roughly translated as meaning ‘to look inside’ or ‘to contemplate’."Intuition provides us with beliefs that we cannot necessarily justify. Psychologist belief that intuition can encompass the ability to know valid solutions to problems and decision making. In other words some of the most initiative people are those who are constantly learning about themselves and their reactions to people, places and situations.
I have a life lessons journal and I can honestly say ever since I started keeping this journal. I am finding it is becoming easier and easier for me to know automatically what to do. It has really helped me develop my intuition. It would encourage you to have one and you will discover that self discovery is the best recovery.
